TEN NEW Commandments for Planet Earth 21st Century Governance
One Planet One Nation thinking takes Centre Stage on all decisions affecting its ability to Survive, Prosper and become Interplanetary.
- Each country will remain sovereign and choose its own governance system without fear or prejudice.
- The UN will be completely re-energised; its new leader will be appointed through a transparent voting process, involving 8 billion people participating using Smartphone Democracy principles (with at least a 2/3 majority).
- Decisions taken by any country, banks or big tech companies which has planetary implications will require prior UN approval. The UN appointed decision makers will utilise appropriate AI, plus other techniques to ensure it fully complies with planet earth’s continued growth and survival criteria.
- The UN will become responsible for all future global infrastructure projects debated and approved by that body. Taxation to become twofold – first to finance existing country operations and second to fund future global projects.
- Countries will continue to be independent, but assessment will be on a much more transparent basis – i.e. contributions to maintaining planet earths viability as prosperous, safe and happy for all its lifeforms. Successes will be recognised globally – based around co-operation not just a simple weapon superiority count.
- The UN will be given powers to evaluate and co-ordinate interplanetary exploration and start work towards developing a robust Solar System Governance. While maintaining all current and continued planet earth property rights (vital), new ownership rules to ensure that all Solar System assets will be deemed to be equally owned by every person working/living in the system.
- Innovation will continue to be private and taxation split between country requirements and global projects. Entrepreneurism will always be top priority.
- Global legislation will include further IT development including robotic developments and a global UBI (universal basic income) process determined.
- The UN to develop a global health care, education and transportation system to ensure human wellbeing. It must create a robust, transparent legislation system to control both Country and Big Tech activities – both on and off planet.
- UN Legislation will ensure the Courts system will resolve any future country and big tech disputes. Individual countries can continue to retain their own defence system but will commit to national defence operations when required.Key starting point
Moratorium – for next 10 years all nuclear weapons to be collectively stored in one location – South Pole. UN monitored.
Each Superpower able to fully maintain their equipment with the power to regularly inspect and monitor the action by others.

Your conclusion – are you for or against Mark Carney’s opportunity to steer Planet Earth back to the post WW2 days when the UN had real power, influence and respect – not merely the puppet regime we have today created through 80 years of political corruption, dictator, the global banking network colluding with Big Tech. These are irresistible forces.
Logic tells us his next role could be World Leader UN – always under the watchful eye of his consortium and leading in a totally democratic manner.

Let’s be honest – Step One give Carney a chance. Earth’s continued survival is at stake.
Also, the superpowers ‘Might is Right’ mantra must be challenged and eliminated.
Putin killing Russians and Trump killing off Iranian men women and children must stop.
