As Ambassador to Planet Earth, his continued work is the catalyst to inspire every human being to ‘think out side the box’ and help deliver unstoppable momentum to his life’s work. With everyone on board, and David’s direction we can deliver not just a Perfect Planet, but a Solar System that’s way beyond our wildest dreams!
Q1 Who actually owns Planet Earth?
Q2 Why is this concept so important?
Mankind has for the last 2,000 years of trial and error, has been trying to implement a fair and just Planet Earth Governance system.
To date: our so called ‘civilised world’ has spectacularly failed. No solution is anywhere in site.
Resolving planet ownership issues (territory, minerals, energy and power) is the fundamental question and remains unanswered.
Any comprehensive Planet Earth Governance Plan covering this issue, if it could be agreed and implemented say, over a period of 75 years (to year 2100) to allow for important time factor adjustments, and delivers a regularly updated vision for a prosperous and thriving Solar System. This concept needs to become an ‘absolute reality’ for at least 2/3 of people alive today believing a fully functioning solar system is possible and can finally convert scarcity into abundance. Every person becomes a winner!!
Century 21 could be mankind’s next game changer, but does such a comprehensive plan currently exist? Have any of today’s leaders even bothered to try to develop such a plan, or even try and to sell the concept. No problem – here is one which might work

🌍 1. Sovereign Nations
Every country remains free to choose its own governance and cultural path.
📱 2. Global Democratic Voice
Leadership of the United Nations chosen through secure global smartphone voting.
🌱 3. Planetary Responsibility
Major global decisions must fully consider their long-term impact on Earth.
🏗 4. Global Infrastructure
International cooperation to build major global projects to benefit ALL humanity.
📊 5. Transparent Contribution
Nations recognised for their contribution to overall planetary wellbeing.
🚀 6. Solar System Governance
Space resources treated as the shared heritage of humanity.
💡 7. Innovation for Humanity
Private innovation positively encouraged which clearly contributes to global progress.
🤖 8. Technology with Responsibility
Global frameworks for AI, robotics, and a global Universal Basic Income scheme.
🏥 9. Universal Foundations
Global standards for healthcare, education, transportation, and equal human opportunity.
⚖ 10. Justice and Collective Security
UN Legislation will empower Courts system to resolve disputes between countries and big tech conflicts.
Moratorium – for next 10 years all nuclear weapons to be collectively stored in one location – South Pole. UN fully monitored.
Superpowers to maintain their own equipment and inspect and monitor actions taken by others.
Tackling the climate crisis must become the leading focus.
Resolving perceived planet ownership issues (territory, minerals, energy and power) is the key fundamental question, that still remains completely unanswered.
Any comprehensive Planet Earth Governance Plan covering this issue, for it to become accepted, must be phased over a period over 75 years. This will allow the inclusion of an important adjustment time to see progress being made and accept a prosperous and thriving Solar System is the corner stone.

One step forward and two steps back
The problem denying UN the opportunity to implement fundamental change is known by all.
Corrupt politicians, the status of the 3 major superpowers, new technologies have collectively combined with decisions made by earlier corporations (e.g. oil sector). The recent rise of Big Tech giants has accelerated the wipe-out almost every previous UN gain since 1945.
Potential solutions to ownership issues must get resolved. Possible answers as to how, depends on who receives the question, possibly:
3 people under the auspice ‘Might is Right’ thinking will conclude it is only they, as Superpower leaders that can command this authority. These individuals individually wield sufficient, political power, energy resources and sufficient military capability to independently launch intercontinental nuclear weapons. Planet earth is simply being held to ransom by them. Planet Earth is strangled.
8 billion people living on the planet, seeking increased freedom to enable them to own sufficient democratic power to participate and equally benefit on Earth’s continued wellbeing may feel they have the authority. Guess what – Stale Mate.
Who can prove convincingly they have the decision-making skills to save or destroy our planet? Could it rightly be
• Decision’s taken by selected individuals based on individual power, wealth and privilege?
• Collective agreements reached by at least 2/3 of all planet’s humanity working for the common good?
Sir David Attenborough’s recent Timelapse to the Future of Earth documentary, released in April 2026, clearly identified the previous 5 game-changing events that have shaped Planet Earth over the last four+ billion years.
Is our new game changer too close to call? In his second century he needs to get involved TODAY.

Today Optimism Genuinely Exists – we cannot afford the Opportunities to be missed.
Superpowers will be unwilling to relinquish any of their existing power and authority and fight hard to retain it. USA tactics of bullying Canada, together with its war with Iran has resulted in a significant loss of international prestige, likewise with Russia’s war in Ukraine.
It is increasing likely, that a group of ‘Middle Power’ UN members, or potentially the EU itself, must step up to replace the current vacuum that exists and become the next top ‘de facto’ Superpower status. Middle powers control of scarce resources finally provides the leverage and confidence that individuals, like Mark Carney can finally use to implement permanent Game Changing rules.
