Lucky Linney’s Ten Commandments (2026–2036)

The guiding principle for the next decade must be “One Planet – One Nation Thinking.”
Every major decision affecting humanity must first consider the wellbeing, stability, and long-term survival of Planet Earth and all life upon it.

1. Each nation will remain fully sovereign and free to choose its own system of governance, culture, and economic model—without fear, coercion, or prejudice from other nations.
2. The United Nations will be fundamentally re-energised and modernised. Its future leader will be chosen through a transparent global voting process, allowing the voices of all 8 billion people to be heard through a secure Smartphone Democratic process, requiring a two-thirds global majority.*
3. Any decision made by governments, financial institutions, or major technology corporations that could significantly impact the planet must receive prior United Nations review. Decision-makers will utilise advanced AI and scientific modelling to ensure policies align with the long-term sustainability and prosperity of Earth.
4. The United Nations will lead the planning and coordination of major global infrastructure projects, debated and approved collectively. Taxation will evolve into a dual system: national taxation to fund domestic governance, and a coordinated global contribution to finance shared planetary initiatives.
5. Nations will remain independent, but global assessment systems will become more transparent – evaluating each country’s contribution to maintaining a prosperous, safe, and thriving Earth for all life forms.
6. The United Nations will oversee humanity’s expansion into the Solar System, establishing the foundations of interplanetary governance. While existing Earth-based property rights remain intact, all Solar System resources will be considered a shared heritage of humanity, belonging equally to all who live and work within it.
7. Innovation will remain primarily driven by the private sector, but taxation from new technologies and industries will be balanced between national needs and the funding of global projects that benefit humanity as a whole.
8. Global legislation will guide the responsible development of information technology, robotics, and artificial intelligence, alongside the introduction of a Global Universal Basic Income (UBI) framework designed to ensure dignity and economic security for every person.
9. The United Nations will work toward establishing global standards for healthcare and education, ensuring that fundamental human rights, opportunity, and knowledge are available to all people regardless of geography.
10. A strengthened international legal framework will enable the United Nations to resolve disputes between nations and powerful global corporations through a trusted judicial system. While countries will retain their own defence capabilities, they will commit to collective security cooperation when the stability of humanity or the planet is threatened.

Your conclusion?-  are you for or against Mark Carney’s opportunity to initially steer Planet Earth back to the post WW2 days when the UN had real power, influence and respect – not merely the puppet regime we have today that has been mercilessly created through 80 years of political corruption, dictatorship and global banks colluding with Big Tech.

Logic tells us his next role might be his appointment as a World Leader operating within the UN – but always under the watchful eye of a consortium of middle country leaders.

As the John Lennon’s lyric once declared “All we are saying is give Peace a Chance”

Let’s be honest – we should all consider giving Carney this chance. Earth’s continued survival is at stake.
